About Winston Cenac

Winston immigrated from the West Indies with his parents, to Brooklyn, NY. He holds an A.B. from Stanford University and owns commercial and residential properties in Montecito (Santa Barbara), Sydney (Australia), and the Venice/Santa Monica beach communities.

In his 23 years in real estate, Winston has either personally sold or supervised the sale of properties whose gross value approximates $3.25 billion dollars.

In previous employment,  Winston worked at  Motown  Records as Director of Publicity. "It was an amazing experience," Winston notes. " Motown believed that its artists and staff were family.  So Stevie Wonder had a corner office -- and he'd use it. Smokey Robinson had an office. Lionel Richie and the Commodores would stop in on their way to tour Asia.  And if you were lucky, you'd bump into Diana Ross or one of the Supremes in the elevator!"
